Instruction Regarding Annual Sports – 2025

Dear Parents (Classes 6 to 10),

Kindly take note of the following important instructions regarding Annual Sports – 2025:

1. If your ward has any physical or medical problem, please do not allow him/her to participate in the events for safety reasons.

2. Each participant may take part in a maximum of three events. The list of events is available in the Circulars section of the eCare App.

3. All students—participants as well as non-participants are expected to maintain discipline throughout the event. Any student found engaging in misconduct will be debarred from the events and strict action will be taken as per school norms.

4. Participants must come in squad uniform, shoes, and other required accessories guided by the Sports Teacher.

5. Parents are requested to ensure that students carry their own water bottles lunch boxes. The school will provide first-aid support, but students must avoid participating if they feel unwell.

6. Students must follow the principles of fair play. Any form of cheating or unfair means will lead to disqualification.

7. Parents are requested to motivate their wards to participate with a healthy competitive spirit and encourage them to follow all instructions given by the school.

प्रिय अभिभावकगण (कक्षा 6 से 10),

कृपया वार्षिक खेलकूद – 2025 से संबंधित निम्नलिखित महत्वपूर्ण निर्देशों पर ध्यान दें:

1. यदि आपके वार्ड को किसी प्रकार की शारीरिक या चिकित्सकीय समस्या है, तो सुरक्षा के मद्देनज़र कृपया उन्हें किसी भी खेलकूद कार्यक्रम में भाग लेने की अनुमति न दें।

2. प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी अधिकतम तीन कार्यक्रमों में भाग ले सकता/सकती है। कार्यक्रमों की सूची eCare App के "Circulars" सेक्शन में उपलब्ध है।

3. सभी छात्र-छात्राओं—प्रतिभागी तथा गैर-प्रतिभागी से पूरे कार्यक्रम के दौरान अनुशासन बनाए रखने की अपेक्षा की जाती है। अनुशासनहीनता या किसी भी प्रकार के अनुचित व्यवहार की स्थिति में छात्र/छात्रा को कार्यक्रमों से निष्कासित कर दिया जाएगा तथा विद्यालय नियमों के अनुसार कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

4. प्रतिभागियों को अपने स्क्वाड यूनिफॉर्म, जूते तथा खेल शिक्षक (PTI) द्वारा बताए गए अन्य आवश्यक सामान के साथ विद्यालय आना होगा।

5. अभिभावकों से अनुरोध है कि वे सुनिश्चित करें कि छात्र अपने साथ पानी की बोतल तथा लंच बॉक्स अवश्य लाएँ। विद्यालय द्वारा प्राथमिक उपचार की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी, किंतु अस्वस्थ महसूस होने पर छात्र/छात्रा को भाग नहीं लेना चाहिए।

6. छात्रों को निष्पक्ष खेल (Fair Play) के सिद्धांतों का पालन करना अनिवार्य है। किसी भी प्रकार की चीटिंग या अनुचित साधनों का प्रयोग किए जाने पर प्रतिभागी को अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा।

7. अभिभावकों से अनुरोध है कि वे अपने वार्ड को स्वस्थ प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक भावना के साथ भाग लेने हेतु प्रोत्साहित करें तथा विद्यालय द्वारा दिए गए सभी निर्देशों का पालन करने के लिए प्रेरित करें।
