Dear Parents (Classes 3 to 10),

Kindly pay attention to the following:

1. Tomorrow (14th November 2025), the school is organizing a 'Mini Fete' in view of Children's Day for the students of classes 3 to 10.

2. The timing will be from 7.40 am to 1 pm.

3. The students will come in their squad uniform.

4. The cabinet members of class X and the volunteers will wear the Blue Uniform. ID card is compulsory for all.

5. The students must carry their water bottle and bag along with them.

6. Coupons of Rs. 5/-, Rs. 10/-, and Rs. 20/- will be made available tomorrow.

7. The students of classes 3 to 5 can bring a maximum Rs. 100/-, and students of classes 6 to 10 can bring a maximum Rs. 200/- for the coupons.

8. The class Teachers will provide the coupons for the students of classes 3, 4 and 5. The other students can purchase the coupons themselves from the counters.

9. This fete is for our students only; therefore, we do not entertain any other students/persons. 

10. Mobile phone is strictly prohibited.

11. The gate will be closed at 7.45 am.

12. It's going to be a mini campus picnic for our students; therefore, the office will be closed tomorrow and NO transactions of any sort will be held.

कृपया निम्नलिखित बिंदुओं पर ध्यान दें:

1. कल (14 नवम्बर 2025) बाल  दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में कक्षा 3 से 10 के छात्रों के लिए स्कूल में ‘मिनी फेयर/मेला ' का आयोजन किया जा रहा है।

2. समय: प्रातः 7:40 बजे से दोपहर 1:00 बजे तक ।

3. छात्र स्क्वाड यूनिफॉर्म में विद्यालय आएंगे।

4. कक्षा 10 के कैबिनेट सदस्य और स्वयंसेवक नीली यूनिफॉर्म पहनेंगे। सभी के लिए आईडी कार्ड अनिवार्य है।

5. छात्रों को अपना बैग और पानी की बोतल साथ लाना आवश्यक है।

6. ₹5, ₹10 और ₹20 के कूपन कल उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे।

7. कक्षा 3 से 5 के छात्र अधिकतम ₹100 और कक्षा 6 से 10 के छात्र अधिकतम ₹200 कूपन के लिए ला सकते हैं।

8. कक्षा 3, 4 और 5 के छात्रों को कूपन क्लास टीचर द्वारा दिए जाएंगे। अन्य कक्षाओं के छात्र कूपन स्वयं काउंटर से खरीद सकते हैं।

9. यह मेला केवल हमारे छात्रों के लिए है; इसलिए अन्य किसी भी छात्र/व्यक्ति को अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।

10. मोबाइल फोन सख्त वर्जित है।

11. विद्यालय का गेट 7:45 बजे बंद कर दिया जाएगा।

12. यह हमारे छात्रों के लिए एक मिनी कैंपस पिकनिक की तरह होगा; अतः कार्यालय कल बंद रहेगा और कोई भी लेन-देन नहीं किया जाएगा।
