Dear Parents (Classes IX & X),

This is to inform you that under the Fit India Movement, Dhanwantari Patanjali Yoga Sansthan is organizing a “Marathon Race and Regional Art Competition – 2025” as per the circular received from the District Inspector of Schools (DIOS), Sonbhadra.

Interested students from Classes IX and X may give their names to their respective Class Teachers on or before 30 October 2025 (Thursday).

Event Details:

Event 1: Marathon race Competition

Event 2: District-Level Art & Cultural Competition

Date of Event: 2 November 2025

Venue: New Auditorium, Sector 8, beside Club No.- 4, Obra, Sonbhadra

Reporting Time: 07:00 AM (it may be changed so it will be confirmed later)

Note:

1. Parents’ written consent is mandatory for participation in these events. [Can be used the attached format (page 2)]

2. Students should maintain discipline and follow all instructions given by the event organizers.

3. Selected participants will represent the school in the said competitions.

4. For participating in Art Competition, all the necessary materials will be borne by the students.
