A very special assembly was conducted by the students of class X-D to welcome reverent Sr. Pushpa, provincial superior of Vimla province, Lucknow and president of the educational society of UMI. School pupil leader, Atiksh Vikram Singh gave a welcome speech and the students of various classes presented her cards and bouquets designed by themselves only. Students presented welcome song and dance in honor of Sr. Pushpa. Aishi Varghese of class VI-D sang a solo prayer song, filled with melody, peace, and spirituality. In her address Sr. Pushpa, first of all, congratulated the staff and students for their dedication and commitment in running the school and elaborated on the students the importance of the spiritual piece and emotional strengths. She urged the students to be firm both in academics and in emotions. Principal Sr. Regi, profoundly thanked Sr. Pushpa for taking time from her over-busy schedule to visit the school. She further added that the presence of Sr. Pushpa is an encouraging and guiding force for the school and her moral support would strengthen our students. On the occasion, the students who won the various competitions in the Annual Talent Contest were given certificates by Principal Sr. Pushpa.
